We operate our business transparently and provide our rates upfront for a basic home watch inspection visit (based on frequency and total square footage). Each property is unique, as are each client’s needs. Set pricing will be determined once we visit the property and based on your specific needs. Additional services are available and priced separately and accompanied by a work order.

Bi-weekly (every other week) $35/visit

HOURS OF OPERATION
Our regular business hours are Monday – Friday 8 AM – 5 PM EST. We are not a 24/7 company. However, given the nature of our business, we do our best to assist clients after hours and weekends for emergencies.
